Skin Health Alliance is an independent organisation that reviews the safety of skincare products and services. Approved products are awarded a dermatological mark that helps consumers identify and feel reassured their purchase is safe for skin.

The previous website was intended for b2b purposes. As the brand increased retail visibility, the site needed to engage with consumers and brand managers alike. Doublesided worked together with Skin Health Alliance to discover their brand voice – approachable, positive and trustworthy – and evoke that sense of reassurance through design.

We created a website that instils confidence, inspiration and trust. Bright colours, graphic shapes and lifestyle imagery come together to reinforce Skin Health Alliance’s brand values.

Content that speaks to consumers and serves information as viewed through their lens. The consumer benefits page highlights the benefits of seeing the accredited logo on products, defines who the Skin Health Alliance are, and answers common questions.

Visitors can browse the full list of verified products and see which brands are accredited globally on the world map.

Feature content audiences care about

The accreditation page informs brand managers of the benefits for their brand. An infographic collates consumer opinions on their buying behaviours and how likely they are to trust marketing claims when there is an SHA accredited logo on the product.
